"Checkout was okay, okay"
Checkout took a little while, like a while, but it did go through in the end. Not the smoothest experience, but it worked.

"Communication could be better"
Ordering was fine overall, but the communication left a lot to be desired. I had to ask twice about shipping and still got vague answers. I don’t think it’s asking too much to keep customers reasonably updated, especially after they’ve already paid. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely made the whole process more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Decent product, but the return took way too long"
The item itself seemed fine, and ordering was straightforward. That said, the return process has been a real headache, and I’m still waiting on my refund longer than expected. I do appreciate that the customer service team was polite when I reached out, but I really hope the refund process gets quicker and easier.

"Shipping took longer than expected"
I ordered some stuff for school and the shipping ended up taking way longer than I was told. It finally arrived, but much later than expected, which was frustrating. I also wish the instructions or updates had been clearer so I knew what was going on with the order.

"Yeah, the assembly was rough"
I don’t know, maybe some people find this easy, but putting it together was a nightmare for me. It took way longer than it should have, and the instructions were confusing to the point where I kept second-guessing myself. I’m not new to assembling stuff either, so it’s not like I just didn’t know what I was doing. The whole process was way more frustrating than expected.

I was excited to get everything set up, but the installation ended up being more frustrating than I expected. I reached out for support, and it took a while to hear back. Even after getting some help, I still couldn’t finish the install on my own, so I was left feeling kind of stuck and disappointed.

I reached out to warranty support hoping they’d actually help fix the issue, but nothing ever got resolved. They just kept giving me the runaround — like, give me a break. Frustrating experience overall.

"I placed a bulk order for classroom chairs..."
I placed a bulk order for classroom chairs thinking it would be straightforward, but it ended up being way more of a headache than I expected. I had to keep following up by email just to get updates, and the shipping dates kept shifting without much of a clear reason.
A few chairs showed up later than the rest, which threw off our setup day. The customer service team was polite, but I didn’t really feel like they solved anything. The chairs seem okay so far, but after the whole experience, I’m not fully confident about the quality or ordering in bulk again.

Well... the lead time they showed was nowhere close. My order took a lot longer than listed, and the updates weren’t very helpful. It was frustrating, especially since these were school supplies we needed.

"Decent prices, but I’d still shop around"
I ordered a few classroom items from schoolsin.com, and overall it was a okay experience 🙂 Some of the prices were reasonable, but once shipping got added, a few things didn’t feel like such a great deal anymore. The quality was fine for the price — nothing that wowed me, but nothing terrible either. I’d probably check a couple other sites next time before placing another order.

"Had a bad feeling after no one followed up"
I reached out to schoolsin.com twice by email about my order and never really got a clear answer. I also tried calling, sat on hold for a while, and was told someone would get back to me. That never happened. my gut was telling me quickly this wasn’t going to be handled well, and that ended up being right. It’s frustrating when you just need a simple update and can’t get one. I wouldn’t use them again if I needed something by a certain date

"Getting a Quote Was More Hassle Than I Expected"
I tried to get a quote, it was more frustrating than it needed to be. I don’t expect everything to be instant, but I do have a basic standard for communication and not having to repeat information I already provided. I was just looking for simple pricing, not a whole back-and-forth that felt like a runaround. After waiting and getting asked the same things again, I decided to look elsewhere because it didn’t feel worth my time

"Refund took forever at the worst time"
I canceled my order thinking the refund would be straightforward, but it dragged on way longer than I expected. Of course, the timing was terrible too — I really could’ve used the money back sooner. Support did reply, but I had to keep sending follow-up messages before anything actually moved along. I did get my refund in the end, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but the waiting and chasing made the whole thing frustrating.

"Not exactly a great first impression"
I mean, the stuff that did show up seemed fine, I guess, but two items were wrong and one was missing completely. I reached out to support and they took forever to get back to me, which just made the whole thing more annoying. Maybe it was a one-time mix-up, but i’m not really tempted to order again.

They did help me out in the end, but the whole thing took longer than I expected. It’s hard to describe exactly, but it felt like the service was good once it got going, just not very quick.

"Not built to last"
I could tell fast these weren’t going to hold up. We bought them for our classroom, and within about two months a few were already wobbling. Then one of the seats cracked too. For classroom chairs, I expected them to be a lot sturdier and last way longer

"Pretty confusing to use"
I tried using the site, but it felt a lot harder than it needed to be. Basic things weren’t easy to find, some pages loaded strangely, and the checkout process was kind of a mess. It felt like not much thought was put into making it simple for customers, so after a few attempts I just gave up.

I ordered a classroom rug from SCHOOLSin sometime earlier this year, or maybe late last year, I can’t remember exactly. The pictures made the colors look a lot brighter, and it was kind of hard to tell the actual size from the photos.

It showed up fine and there wasn’t anything wrong with the delivery, but it just wasn’t quite what I thought I was getting. Customer service was okay when I reached out, but I do wish they had more realistic photos from different angles. I’d probably double-check other sites before ordering something like this again.
